双旋的服务模式由六个循序渐进的phases所组成。每一个成功的phase 产生预先约定好的deliverables(交付)。这六个 phases 是 "Plan >> Analyze >> Construct >> Transition >> Deploy >> Optimize". 根据您的公司的复杂程度的不同，通常完成这六个过程需要大约3 ~ 6 个月的时间。

 

 

计划Plan

Objective: Introduction of Twist2 and customer project teams, assessment of client business needs and project planning.

Procedure:

• Identify strategic goals
• Assess critical information
• Develop implementation strategy
• Hold kickoff meeting
• Define internal escalation policy

Outcome: Project is initiated and working relationships are established. High-level details are outlined.

Deliverables:

• Initial Project Plan
• Completion of project kickoff meeting

分析Analyze

Objective: Perform an audit of client business processes and requirements.

Procedure:

• Business process analysis
• Utilization workshop
• Prepare Functional Requirements Specification (FRS)
• Create Acceptance Test Plan (ATP)

Outcome: Fact finding stage is complete. Twist2 possesses a thorough understanding of client processes and requirements.

Deliverables:

• Detailed Project Plan with tasks and major milestones
• Business "Gap" analysis
• Completed FRS
• Completed Design Specification for custom solutions
• Completed ATP

构建Construct

Objectives: Construction and Configuration of Twist2 system based upon approved FRS.

Procedure:

• Build system
• Build Configuration
• Hold workshop
• Identify enhancements
• Continue configuration testing

Outcome: A completely configured, tested and operational Twist2 system.

Deliverables:

• Constructed and completed Twist2 system
• Final change controls

移植Transition

Objective: Install final Twist2 configuration and begin parallel testing.

Procedure:

• Install Twist2 configuration with security scheme verified
• Conduct final system acceptance testing
• Continued knowledge transfer
• Client system ownership established
• Official transition to Twist2 support

Outcome: Accepted Twist2 LIMS or KMS system including users trained, data loaded and client ownership of configured Twist2 system.

Deliverables:

• Installed Twist2 system ready for deployment
• Executed ATP

部署Deploy

Objective: A Twist2 system being utilized in a production capacity.

Procedure:

• Establish and implement a "Production Deployment" plan
• Data loading completed
• Parallel testing initiated
• Go-live

Outcome: New Twist2 system is fully implemented and being utilized in a production capacity. Production environment that runs new applications and supports current and future business transactions. Satisfied internal customers, including management and PIs. On-going system assistance continues through Twist2 customer support.

Deliverables: Fully operational Twist2 solution

优化Optimize

Objective: Streamline the operational Twist2 system and make it as useful and as productive in the laboratory as possible.

Procedure:

• Maximize utilization of Twist2 solution
• Evaluated the need for additional consultative services after system has been in production for a period of time
• Gather operational feedback from users

Outcome: Defined adjustments that will maximize the use of the Twist2 system capabilities.

Deliverables:

• Plan for implementing enhancements
• New configurations, reports, etc. as identified
• Ongoing process
